GRAND PARADISO was the first Park established in Italy by the king Vittorio EmanueleII. The mountain is above 4000 m and easy to access, and many want to reach the summit each year.
The walk, or the ski mountaineering trip, passes over glacier's with few crevasses, and the final part is regarded to be scrambling/climbing in the 2th grade.
