


You will find this ski resort in the beautiful Valle d'Aosta. The ski system is tree valley's connected by ski-lifts from the village's Champoluc, Stafal/Gressoney-La-Trinité and Alagna. Close to the Torino airport (1,5 hours) and if you go to Alagna about 3 hours from Milano.

Book a room in Stafal if you want a really peaceful holiday, stay in Gressoney-La-Trinité if you go with small kid's, you will find a kid's ski park in the village. Stay in Champoluc or Alagna if you want more of Restaurant's, Bar's and nightlife.
The area is promoted as a "Freeride Paradise" and if the snow condition's is good there is a lot of possibilities to ski off-pist beside the pist, however, the freeride slope from the top of the system, Punta Indren, altitude 3200, is a slope followed by a very long traverse. You will find really nice freeride on the glacier, rent ski mountaineering equipment and walk up with a guide or pay for a lift in a helicopter. If you rent a car, why not stay a couple of day's down in the Valle d'Aosta, going in the end of Mars/beginning of April you will meet the spring.
The area normally has good snow condition's and especially the slopes that you reach from Stafal/Gressoney (Gabiet mt.2318, Col d'Olen mt. 2971) reminds good even in warmer spring days.
