The small village Montestrutto in Valle d'Aosta is a brand new sport climbing area 2008. With a lot of work the area has been prepared with a big car park and has for now about 40 routes. Another beautiful crag in the area is Gruviera just behind the small village Champagnola in Valle d'Aosta. Both offer climbing in various grades and are perfect spots if you bring kids for a holiday climb. Enjoy the rock climbing in Italy.
