Mountaineering, from Stafal or Alagna you can take the ski-lift to an altitude of 3000 metres. From there, crossing over glacier's, you can reach 5-7 summits above 4000 m if you are in good shape. In the Topos you will find all necessary information for the ascent, with pictures, information and detailed maps to reach the summits on the easy routes, step walking graded from F to AD, Dufour with some easy climbing, graded III.
The area has 4 hut's, among them the Capanna Regina Margherita at 4554 m, highest hut in Europe, built at the summit of Punta Gnifetti.
Included in the TOPOS is a beautiful and usefull Panorama as a .pdf. Use it to better understand the area.

Matterhorn, 4478 m. At the border Switzerland/Italy. The Topos includes route description of the Italian route, the Lion Ridge, with a lot of pictures and a detailed map.

The peak season is July-August when the route in beautiful weather can be attract of as many as 50 climbers per day.

The access starts from the ski system in Cervinia in Italy or Zermatt in Swiss. The first summit on the crest, the Breithorn Occidentale is regarded to be the easiest 4000 + summit in the Alp's, and nice days 2-300 persons reach the summit.

Dente del Gigante, 4013 m. In the massif of Mont Blanc on the border
Italy/France you will find almost 30 summits higher than 4000 metres, one
of the most spectacular is Dente del Gigante, in French Dent de Géant,
the Giants tooth.

A Mountain like this
has, of course, several routes and we present the easy one. A climbing route
on the South-West face, in guide books regarded to be a AD. This normal route
is a exposed ascent, with excellent rock and with a view that could compete
with any mountain scenery in the world.

Gran Paradiso is a National Park but also the name of the highest summit in the area, located in Valle d'Aosta in North-West Italy. The scrambling/ski mountaineering is easy, running over a glacier with few crevasses.

Gran Paradiso is the first Park established in Italy by the king Vittorio EmanueleII, it is really beautiful and attract many tourist and week end visitors, and it is an area perfect for outdoor activities as Hiking, Mountain Bike and Ski Mountaineering. in the Alps. If you see the mountain from the Cuneo/Saluzzo perspective you
don’t have to be thoughtful about those ideas. The mountain is high,
and very beautiful.
A Mountain like this has, of course, several routes and we present the easy one. A scrambling /climbing
approach on the South side, in guide books regarded to be a PD-. Hard scrambling
or easy climbing alternately climbing / steep hiking. The approach is very
steep during 600 meters, and you need to be in good shape.

west Piedmont, on the border between Italy and France. The scrambling itself
